“He’s Never Ridden a Motorcycle” – Michael Jordan Once Brutally Trolled Charles Barkley on the Oprah Winfrey Show
Michael Jordan and Charles Barkley were very close friends before. They were so close that in 2005, they appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show together and made fun of one other.
When they were on the show, the two famous basketball players made jokes about each other. Barkley teased Jordan about his appearance, while Jordan criticized Barkley for not having a strong desire to win. Jordan began the teasing in a sneaky way by talking about riding a motorcycle before delivering the biggest joke of all.
Michael Jordan once roasted Charles Barkley

“When you ride a motorcycle, you have to be a defensive rider. You’ve got to be a defensive driver. You don’t have time to talk on the phone, you don’t have time to eat. You don’t have time to do a lot of things most people do every single day, which is more dangerous than riding a motorcycle,” Jordan said.
“You’ve got to be really focused on seeing the traffic ahead. He doesn’t know about this. He’s never ridden a motorcycle. He never understands what it takes to be a winner,” he added.
Charles Barkley tried to be funny, but Michael Jordan took it personally and said something really mean. Jordan really wants to win more than anyone else. Even though they were good friends, Jordan didn’t care about hurting Barkley’s feelings. When he talked about having a winning attitude, it was because he won six NBA championships in his amazing career.
When it comes to Barkley, he’s famous for being one of the best players who never won a championship. But even though Jordan made a comment about it, Barkley took it lightly and found it funny. He knows how to joke about himself and didn’t feel hurt by it.
Charles Barkley stopped talking to Jordan in 2012

Michael Jordan and Charles Barkley were really good friends during most of their time playing basketball and even a few years after they retired. But everything changed when Barkley criticized Jordan’s ownership of the Charlotte Hornets in 2012. On a podcast called All The Smoke, Barkley talked about the final phone call he had with Jordan.
“He was struggling as a general manager or running the team, and I said, ‘I don’t know if he’s ever going to be successful ’cause the people around him are never gonna tell him no.’ He went ballistic and he called me, and the last thing I heard was, “Motherf***er, f**k you. You’re supposed to be my boy.’ I said ‘Man, I gotta do my job.’ We haven’t spoken since that night,” Barkley said.
Since Michael Jordan sold the Charlotte Hornets, it appears that Charles Barkley was correct about Jordan’s time as owner.
