On July 25th, Jaylen Brown had a life-changing event. He signed the NBA‘s biggest contract, worth $304 million over five years, with the league.

Brown was always sure he would succeed in the NBA, but someone from his high school didn’t believe in him. In 2014, Brown tweeted that a teacher predicted he would be in jail within five years.

Last season, Brown was chosen as an All-Star for the second time in his career. He played really well, with high scores like 26.6 points, 6.9 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 1.1 steals, and 0.4 blocks per game. In 2023, he made it to the All-NBA Second Team for the first time, making him eligible for the supermax contract.
