Victor Wembanyama has recently received a lot of attention. It’s not surprising given that the 19-year-old French talent was selected first overall in the 2023 NBA Draft by the San Antonio Spurs.
Right now, fans are really excited about everything related to Wembanyama. We’re all going to have a lot of fun with what he recently said about LeBron James, the superstar of the Los Angeles Lakers. Wembanyama, along with a few other rookies, was asked who in the NBA he would like to dunk on. Not surprisingly, the upcoming Spurs superstar couldn’t resist mentioning LeBron.

To be fair, Victor Wembanyama expressed his intentions towards LeBron in a very respectful manner. But it’s clear that Wemby has now targeted Mr. James as his opponent.
Many of the new NBA players from the 2023 Draft want to go against LeBron James. LeBron, who is the highest-scoring player in NBA history, received the most mentions. This is not surprising because LeBron has been the league’s top figure for a long time. If these young players want to make a name for themselves, challenging LeBron is a good way to do it. But they need to be ready because it won’t be easy.
