People often talk about LeBron James playing against the Warriors, but this time, the Lakers won because everyone on the team worked together. Austin Reaves was an important part of the series and had the main job of defending Stephen Curry. He did a pretty good job, but he also said it was tiring.

Reaves did well guarding Curry, who is usually a strong scorer. He helped the Lakers win 4 out of 6 games in the series by contributing 14.3 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 3.7 assists.

Reaves can win a major award

This season, Austin Reaves will play a more important part in the Lakers’ offense. He improved a lot during the playoffs, and the team wants him to become a key player. He will be playing alongside D’Angelo Russell and Gabe Vincent, so the Lakers will probably arrange their playing time in a way that they take turns on the court.

If Reaves can maintain his elite playoff performance throughout the season, he has a shot to win the Most Improved Player of the Year award. Even if LeBron James and Anthony Davis leave the Lakers, Reaves will remain a crucial player for the organization, especially considering both stars could become free agents after the following season.
