5 Wrestlers Including Randy Orton Who Might Not Be Seen Until WrestleMania 40

WrestleMania 40 will be held in Philadelphia next year. It’s the biggest wrestling show. It will take place at Lincoln Financial Field on April 6 and 7, 2024. The schedule of fights will be finalized following the Royal Rumble in January. Fans are very excited and have their own opinions about what might happen at the event.

At WrestleMania, WWE could have surprising comebacks. Some who were at SummerSlam 2023 might not return until WrestleMania 40.

1. Randy Orton

Randy Orton was the top name talked about for SummerSlam 2023. People said they saw him in Detroit before the show, but he didn’t come out during the event. This made some WWE fans sad. Orton was told not to do risky moves, but he really wants to come back. WWE might wait until WrestleMania 2024 for his return, like they did with Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 38.

2. The Rock

Since 2016, The Rock hasn’t appeared at WrestleMania. He last fought Erick Rowan at that time. There were strong rumors he’d fight Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39. Maybe, at WrestleMania 40, he might come back. He could also face Grayson Waller, who’s been talking badly about him online.

3. Brock Lesnar

Brock Lesnar does what he likes. He fought at SummerSlam 2023 and surprised the crowd by hugging Cody Rhodes. Lesnar has a contract for five matches. He used three against Cody Rhodes. The last two could be at Royal Rumble and WrestleMania next year.

4. Steve Austin

Stone Cold came back for WrestleMania 38 after a long time. He fought Kevin Owens on the first night. This was his first fight in 19 years, since his last with The Rock at WrestleMania 19. Stone Cold and WWE want him to appear again. Recent news suggests he might have a storyline with Grayson Waller. This could be at WrestleMania 40.

5. Ronda Rousey

Ronda Rousey struggled against Shayna Baszler at SummerSlam 2023. She appeared to bid WWE fans farewell after the August 5th event. Some believe she will return. According to Bill Apter, Ronda may not be done with WWE. She could finish her career where she began in 2018.
