The Queen of Harts started a fight with Rhea Ripley before Night of Champions 2023 for the SmackDown Women’s championship. Unfortunately, she lost to Ripley in just 69 seconds. In a recent conversation with Busted Open Radio, Natalya shared that she was very upset and emotional after the defeat.

“After Night of Champions, I went home and cried for days. I just felt like such a complete failure. I thought this was maybe, you know, my last chance to have this moment, especially on a huge pay-per-view in a place that’s so important to me because Saudi is where myself and Lacey Evans made history as the first woman to ever compete there. So it was really special to me. I honestly felt like the lowest I’ve ever felt in my career, and so I didn’t know if I’d ever get the chance to get that back and I did, and I never take it for granted,” Natalya said.

Ripley wasn’t done with Natalya

After Night of Champions, Natalya had six more matches against Ripley for the title belt. Sadly, the experienced wrestler lost every single one of those matches to The Eradicator.

Rhea Ripley is doing quite well and is extremely popular among fans. WWE is paying close attention to her and supporting her, and she has the potential to become a great superstar in the future.
