Former WWE wrestler Mario Mancini said how Iron Mike Sharpe’s girlfriend broke up with him without telling him why.
Mancini was a wrestler in WWE from 1984 to 1992. He fought against famous wrestlers like Bret Hart and The Undertaker. One day, Mancini’s mother gave him the phone because Sharpe was very upset and had called.

During an episode of the Cheap Heat Productions Podcast, Mancini shared that Iron Mike Sharpe told him that his girlfriend took all his belongings without permission.
“He goes, ‘Mario…’ I go, ‘Yeah, Mike, what’s up?’ He goes, ‘You know where Willa is?’ I said, ‘No, why? Can’t find her?’ He goes, ‘I came home, my apartment’s wiped out, she took everything.’ While he was on the road, wiped him out, and I felt so bad for him because he’s such a nice guy,” Mancini said.
Sharpe had over 800 matches for WWE from 1980 to 1995. In 1983, he tried many times but couldn’t defeat Bob Backlund for the world title.

Mario Mancini also mentioned that other wrestlers never had any problems with Mike Sharpe, mainly because he kept to himself and didn’t interfere with anyone backstage.
“There’s another guy, never catch him with any heat. He didn’t ever talk to anybody. From the time he got to the dressing room to the time he worked, he worked out, and then after his match, he’d work out some more. You never saw him walking in the dressing room commiserating. He was always working out,” he said.
Sharpe helped teach other wrestlers such as Charlie Haas, Crowbar, and Simon Dean after he retired from wrestling. He passed away on January 17, 2016, at the age of 64.
