Major Injury Sidelines Top WWE RAW Superstar Indefinitely as Per Reports

Former WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Liv Morgan is expected to be sidelined for a long time due to a major injury.

On last week’s RAW, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez lost their Women’s Tag Team Championship to Sonya Deville and Chelsea Green. It seemed that Liv Morgan, the former SmackDown Women’s Champion, got hurt during the match. Later that night, Morgan retaliated by attacking Rhea Ripley, who had previously ambushed her and her partner backstage before the title match.

Last night on RAW, there was a scheduled match between Morgan and Rhea Ripley. Unfortunately, before their bout, the Women’s World Champion blindsided Morgan. The Eradicator then ruthlessly attacked Morgan, causing her to be in tears and requiring medical attention.

During the Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez provided information about Morgan’s present condition and what lies ahead for her.

“Liv Morgan does have a shoulder injury, and this was an angle to put her out of action for a while and maybe a long while. I guess that is to be determined,” Alvarez said.

“It was pretty clear. I mean, they don’t do an angle like that. I mean, they did that. That was a real hardcore angle. And obviously, it’s, you know, she’s had the shoulder injury,” Meltzer added.

Alvarez suggested that the former champion might have injured her other shoulder this time, considering she had previously dealt with the same injury before.

“My understanding is it’s the other shoulder. Okay. So this is the left one’s the one that they hurt?” They injured the left one in the storyline, but whichever one she hurt last time, she, I think she hurt the other one this time,” Alvarez added.

Fans were shocked by Rhea Ripley’s scary attack on Liv Morgan during last night’s RAW. Byron Saxton asked Riply if she thought she had gone too far. The Women’s World Champion displayed no regret for her actions on RAW, claiming that she is in charge of the women’s division.

“Took things too far, Byron [Saxton]? Are you kidding me? Do you know who I am? I am Rhea bloody Ripley, I run this women’s division whether anyone likes it or not. People get in my way, they get in my business, I get them out of there,” Ripley said.
