”Until His Hands Are Dead Cold” – Kurt Angle Makes Bold Statement on Vince McMahon’s Retirement

None of us will ever forget Vince McMahon‘s contribution to the Attitude era. Mr. McMahon consistently provided what the fans wanted because he is very aware of and knowledgeable about what they are seeking for.

Although he announced his resignation as chairman and CEO in June, many people aren’t sure if he really did.

Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, and Nick Khan are now in charge of the organization. At least on paper, that is. Many people within WWE have made significant accusations that Mr. McMahon won’t ever truly depart the organization.

Kurt Angle on Vince McMahon’s resignation

On her podcast, Cafe de Rene, former WWE wrestler Rene Dupree posed a question about Vince McMahon, and Kurt Angle was open and honest with him.

“I personally don’t think he has fully retired. You know Vince, he’s gonna be behind the scenes. Vince is not letting go of that company, he will not let it go until his hands are dead cold and they pry it out of his cold dead hands. He’s not letting go of that company until he dies, and that’s just it,” Angle said.

“I’m not trying to cause any problems for WWE or for Vince McMahon, because I love Vince to death. But there is no way that he is going to let it go,” he later clarified.

Angle did not intend to create a commotion or cause any issues. He only wanted to present the facts as they stood.

The Olympic gold medallist even remarked that he has strong suspicions about it but was unable to confirm or reject it. He gave the company’s ownership to his son-in-law and daughter as justification, suggesting that it may very well be a possibility.

Kurt Angle’s poor relationship with McMahon

Before Kurt Angle returned to WWE in 2017, the two of them had entirely lost touch. Angle said that they went 11 years without exchanging a single text or call.

Thankfully, things improved later, and the two have moved past their differences.
