Reports Reveal WWE’s Latest SummerSlam Plans for Charlotte Flair

Many WWE fans are excited about what Charlotte Flair will do at the forthcoming SummerSlam event on Saturday, August 5, in Detroit.

In the previous month, Charlotte Flair was unable to win against the current Women’s Champion, Asuka, on SmackDown. This happened because Bianca Belair got involved in the match, causing it to end with a disqualification.

Based on a recent report from Wrestling Observer Radio, it is said that Flair will have a match against Asuka and Belair for the championship at SummerSlam.

“They’re doing Asuka and Bianca to set up Asuka, Charlotte, and Bianca three-way for SummerSlam,” the report said.

This Friday on SmackDown, Asuka is going to defend her title against Bianca Belair. Asuka won the championship from Bianca Belair back in May at Night of Champions.

Flair inspired Tiffany Stratton

For almost ten years, the SmackDown star has been a big part of WWE and the women’s division. The current NXT Women’s Champion, Tiffany Stratton, said in an interview that Flair inspired her to become a wrestler.

“I would say I was flipping through the channels. I came across a random Friday Night Smackdown, and I saw Charlotte Flair. I saw that she was blonde, she was buff, she could flip, she could talk some crap, and I was like, that is literally everything that I can do,” she said on Out of Character with Ryan Satin.

Charlotte Flair has had several memorable moments throughout her more than ten years with WWE. She has won the RAW, SmackDown, and NXT Women’s titles, and she was one of the first female wrestlers to headline WrestleMania.
