Vince McMahon Determined to Bring Back Major Star for SummerSlam After 443 Days

According to reports, Vince McMahon will do a lot to bring a famous star back for WWE SummerSlam 2023.

Randy Orton hasn’t been on WWE TV for over a year. On May 20, 2022, in a WWE SmackDown show, Orton and Matt Riddle lost their RAW Tag Team titles to Jey and Jimmy Uso. Orton got hurt after that and hasn’t been able to wrestle for more than a year now.

Sean Ross Sapp from Fightful recently said that Orton hasn’t started practicing to come back to wrestling yet. Right after that, SRS told about something someone in WWE told him. This person, whose name we don’t know, said that Vince McMahon is ready to do whatever it takes to bring Orton back for SummerSlam 2023.

“Who am I to say that Vince might not call in on pain meds screaming about how they need Randy to punt someone Saturday? I can’t say it’s impossible” An actual quote from someone in WWE when I asked about Randy Orton’s Summerslam status lol,” Sean Ross Sapp said.

McMahon is a big fan of Randy Orton

Randy Orton finished 20 years in WWE last year. McMahon gave Orton a big chance soon after he joined the main group of wrestlers in the middle of 2002. He was made part of Evolution with Batista, Ric Flair, and Triple H.

For many years after that, Vince McMahon really supported Orton to be the heel at the top in WWE. Many people think of The Viper as the best heel ever. The things he did to the babyfaces in WWE were so bad that fans believe he’s the best at being a top bad guy.

If Orton shows up at SummerSlam, the fans will go crazy. Fans have been requesting him to return for quite some time.
